“My clients can count on me for clear, practical legal advice.  A straight answer.  A path forward.  Most of my clients are business owners, and whether they need my help in a business transaction or are facing a legal issue that keeps them up at night, they want an honest assessment and actionable advice with a minimum of equivocation. That’s what I strive to deliver.”
