Rob Turner

Educational and Legal Credentials:

Rob achieved his Bachelor of Arts in History through Auburn University. He continued on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Seattle University School of Law, where he was also a member of Law Review’s Editorial Board.

Rob is a member of the State Bars of both Georgia and Washington.

Legal Background:

Rob is a business attorney with extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate and communications infrastructure matters.

He has previously worked with several larger law firms in Atlanta and has served as an in-house commercial attorney with an Atlanta-based IT network services provider.

Industries Served/Services and Skills:

Rob's corporate and commercial experience includes numerous commercial contracts (sales and procurement) and extensive experience with buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions transactions.

His vast commercial real estate experience ranges from purchase and sale agreements, acquisition due diligence (title and survey), and acquisition finance agreements, to negotiating numerous cell tower and rooftop leases, in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) agreements, and data center-related lease and hosting agreements.

Personal Background

Rob is currently teaching a class as an adjunct law professor at Seattle University's School of Law. The class focuses on innovations in our built environments, with an emphasis on communications infrastructure, adapting to 5G rollout, and a separate component focusing on adapting to climate change impacts on our communities.

Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Alice, and four children. Rob can often be found running ridiculously long-distance trail races, then enjoying a hoppy IPA after the race.
