Situation: Blue Sky Law was proud to have represented the owners of Crescent Constructors, Inc., a water and wastewater infrastructure construction company, in the sale of their company.  Crescent Constructors, Inc. was sold to Zachry Construction Corporation, a leading heavy civil, roadways and infrastructure construction company for public and private customers. 

Results: The addition of Crescent Constructors to the Zachry Construction Corporation team will allow Zachry to continue its pacesetting work in the wastewater infrastructure space.  Crescent Constructors, Inc. was further supported by NorthView Advisors, a middle-market investment banking firm specializing in industrial and service companies.  Blue Sky Law assisted the Crescent Constructors owners with structure and tax pre-planning for the anticipated transaction, due diligence and legal representation during the transaction, and transition services upon the completion of the transaction.
